You will receive a tracking number when your order ships regardless of shipping method. It may take up to 48 hours to see your tracking data.
Zenco USA is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please double check you have entered your shipping address correctly. If you enter it incorrectly, and the package is shipped to the wrong address, Zenco USA is not responsible for the error. However, we are able intercept packages in transit and can correct the address if necessary.
