Zenco USA, an independent reseller of Zenco products in the USA, ships out of the beautiful state of Colorado. Because of our close proximity to Denver, our shipping speed allows us to reach most customer locations in the US within a few days. We ship daily (except Sundays) and often times can get orders out same day. Whether you want a Zenco UNO, Zenco DUO, Zenco FLOW glass, or even a smaller order of Zenco COILS, we prioritize every order. This shipping speed is one of the categories where we get the most praise from our customers. The other area is our communications to our customers - we answer emails and our chat feature very quickly (no...it's not always instant when it's 5am in the morning!).
